Information we collect

When you submit our forms, we collect contact details, requested equipment, site information and details of your enquiry. We process this information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and manage pre-contractual discussions or legitimate business communications.

Service provider

Our forms use SplitForms, a third-party form processing service. Your submission is sent over HTTPS to SplitForms for delivery and storage. Please review its applicable privacy terms when submitting sensitive business information.

Retention and rights

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, associated business records and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law provides these rights by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Website services

Images may load from Unsplash, and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical request data such as your IP address. A server host may keep security and access logs. We do not include advertising tracking cookies in this build.
